Cauliflower Augratin

Originally concocted by our friend Steph, and served at one of the numerous dinner parties hosted by beautiful Lisa.
- one head cauliflower (about 3#), cut-2 Tbsp. butter-2 Tbsp. flour-1 cup milk-1 cup creme fraiche-2 oz. goat cheese-2 oz. fresh chives, chopped-salt and pepper-pinch of cayenne
